STRATEGIC FOOD SECURITY FACILITIES
Description
Qatar's Strategic Food Security Facilities put critical national infrastructure at Hamad Port — 530,000 square meters of warehousing, cold storage, process plants, MEP and site-wide systems operating to industrial standards in one of the most logistically complex environments in the Gulf. Buro 8 led BIM management and constructibility engineering across architecture, structure, steel, MEP and process plants, building 4D construction sequence models and a 5D quantities model, deploying laser scanning, and delivering LOD 500 COBie as-built models for handover.
