DOHA OASIS MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
Description
Hotel, theme park, residential, retail and mall — 500,000 square metres of mixed-use destination within a single masterplan. One of Qatar's most complex development briefs, demanding full technical coordination across every system before a single element broke ground. Buro 8 delivered the complete programme: architecture, structure, façade, MEP and infrastructure sequenced, verified and construction-ready at every stage through to handover.
