Description
Al Ain Hospital demanded MEP coordination from schematic design through to fabrication. With BIM delivered at LOD 400, every mechanical, electrical and plumbing system was resolved in full detail before a single component was ordered. Buro 8 led MEP value engineering to drive cost efficiency without compromising clinical performance, and coordinated the architectural and structural interfaces with MEP throughout — so what was designed could actually be built.
