MUAITHER STREET UPGRADE
Description
422,800 square meters of Doha road network rebuilt from below. The Muaither Street Upgrade threaded new utilities — roads, drainage, potable water, stormwater, electrical, telecoms and irrigation — through a live urban area without bringing the district to a standstill. Buro 8 delivered constructibility engineering end to end: LOD 400 coordination models, clash resolution, shop drawing packages, a 5D quantities model, utilities value engineering and LOD 500 COBie as-built models for handover.
